Another client also commented that they had received a visit from another service provider earlier that week, they had arrived in a van but still didnt have the part that was required. He commented to Mark, our fast response team member, that he doubted he carried hop filters on his bike but was suprised and incredibly pleased when he resolved the customers problem using one that was carried as stock on his motorbike.
