At City Dispense we pride ourselves on keeping at the cutting edge of technology. Working with our technology partner Lantech we have developed a bespoke Service Call and Engineer Management System that allows us to provide the very best in quality of service and speed of response to our customers.

Our system allows instant, real time access to all service call data. This data is available both in house to our team of call centre staff as well as to our field engineers. The system is fully scalable and can be used to service clients of all sizes and with a diverse variety of needs.

This approach to embracing new technology combined with our many years of experince in the dispense industry has allowed us to offer our clients a service that is second to none.
