Setting The Standard In Drinks Dispense

Many congratulations to our Yorkshire Senior Technician, Karl Haigh.

He is the first City Dispense Technician to pass all five units of the Level 2 Technical Certificate in Drinks Dispense – The highest industry wide recognised qualification, endorsed by the BFBi.

Not only did he pass, but feedback from the course administrators advised that Karl's marks were outstanding.

Even though the majority of our technicians already have NVQ qualifications to level 3 in Drinks Dispense, more than a fifth of them should complete this new qualification within a month, and it is our intention to have all of our technicians qualified to this highest standard within the next 12 months, ensuring the quality of work we complete for our customers continues to be of the highest quality.
